A complaint was filed with Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service (reference DRS 29140) concerning the separate domain creditcorp.co.uk — which is not this site (creditcorpgroup.co.uk / creditcorp.uk). The group's position is that the Creditcorp and Creditcorp marks are both in active use within one corporate group and coexist under the written agreement of 30 April 2026. The registrant did not respond, and the matter was referred to an independent expert (see 2 June 2026).

  10. Creditcorp Group brand site launched

The brand site went live at creditcorpgroup.co.uk and creditcorp.uk, published by CM Beyer Limited — explaining the group, the two companies, the trade marks and the regulatory position, and pointing visitors to credicorp.co.uk for anything they need to do.

  11. Nominet expert decides DRS 29140 (creditcorp.co.uk)

An independent expert granted Credicorp Limited's application for a summary decision in DRS 29140: rights established and creditcorp.co.uk found to be an abusive registration. Under section 12 of the Policy, the expert directed that the domain be transferred to Credicorp Limited. Article →

  12. creditcorp.co.uk transferred to Credicorp Limited

Nominet confirmed the registration of creditcorp.co.uk was transferred to Credicorp Limited as a result of the expert decision, and closed the DRS case file. The domain now sits within the group; active services remain on credicorp.co.uk. Article →
