A complaint was filed with Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service (reference DRS 29140) concerning the separate domain
creditcorp.co.uk— which is not this site (creditcorpgroup.co.uk/creditcorp.uk). The group's position is that the Creditcorp and Creditcorp marks are both in active use within one corporate group and coexist under the written agreement of 30 April 2026. The registrant did not respond, and the matter was referred to an independent expert (see 2 June 2026). -
