Standard

We aim for the site to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. The underlying intent is straightforward — anyone using a screen reader, switch device, keyboard navigation, browser zoom, or voice control should be able to find every fact about the group that this site publishes.

What works well

  • Semantic HTML throughout — <header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>, <section>, <h1><h3>.
  • Plain colour palette with high text contrast on a white background.
  • All non-decorative images have descriptive alt text.
  • Links say where they go and open external destinations in the same tab unless they are downloads.
  • Navigation does not depend on JavaScript. The site works without scripts.

Known limitations

  • The coexistence agreement PDF (/docs/coexistence-agreement.pdf) is a signed document. Its PDF accessibility (tags, reading order) has not been independently audited. If you need an accessible version of any of its contents, contact us via credicorp.co.uk and we will help.
  • The trade-mark wordmark images on /trade-marks/ and the homepage are figurative marks. They carry alt text describing the wordmark — "CrediCorp" and "CREDITCORP" — but the visual styling is itself part of the registered mark and cannot be reproduced in plain text.

This brand site does not have its own contact form or email. If something on the site does not work with your assistive technology, please report it via the operator's contact page:
