The three company records at the centre
The public record now includes the group parent, its current lending company during the phased transition, and a related company with specific publishing, shareholding and mark roles.

Companies House 17338274, incorporated 14 July 2026 and renamed 15 July 2026. The planned transition is not complete.
Credicorp Limited
Companies House 16093826, incorporated 21 November 2024. The operating lender, holder of the registered Credicorp mark (UK00004156742). Runs the live services at credicorp.co.uk.
CM Beyer Limited
Companies House 17009212, incorporated 3 February 2026. Holds shares in Credit Corp Group Limited and publishes this site. It applied for the Creditcorp mark (UK00004379570).

Two names, and a separate company transition
Credicorp is the established, registered mark and the name over the working lender. Creditcorp is the newer application, filed in 2026. The current register parties remain Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited under a written coexistence agreement.
Credit Corp Group Limited runs the group and is becoming the principal operator in phases. No contract or trade-mark transfer is treated as automatic.
