The two companies at the centre
Everything else in the group hangs off two British companies, run by the same director and registered in England and Wales.
Credicorp Limited
Companies House 16093826, incorporated 21 November 2024. The operating lender, holder of the registered Credicorp mark (UK00004156742). Runs the live services at credicorp.co.uk.
CM Beyer Limited
Companies House 17009212, incorporated 3 February 2026. Holds the published application for the new Creditcorp mark (UK00004379570) and publishes this brand site.

Two names, one group
Credicorp is the established, registered mark and the name over the working lender. Creditcorp is the newer name, filed in 2026 and rolling out across the group. Both are in active use, held by two related UK companies under one director, and governed by a written coexistence agreement.
Nothing about how the lender works changes as the name moves from Credicorp to Creditcorp — it is the name on the door, not the business behind it.
