Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the websites operated by the Credit Corp Group: creditcorpgroup.co.uk, creditcorp.co.uk and cashtrain.co.uk. These sites are operated by CM Beyer Limited (Companies House 17009212 ), Suite 53c, Unimix House, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7TR.

The operating lender Credicorp Limited (Companies House 16093826 , ICO ) holds and processes borrower data separately under its own data-controller registration. Anything you do on credicorp.co.uk or in the Creditcorp customer portal falls under the privacy policy published on credicorp.co.uk instead.

What we collect

On the group marketing websites (creditcorpgroup.co.uk and creditcorp.co.uk) we collect:

  • Newsletter subscribers — email address and consent timestamp, submitted voluntarily.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser/device, page requested, referrer. Retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on these sites.

On cashtrain.co.uk, Cash Train is a lead-referral service operated by CM Beyer Limited. If you submit an enquiry or application form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, company details) to match you with lending products or refer you to Credicorp Limited.

How we use your data

  • To send newsletters and group updates where you have consented.
  • To respond to enquiries you submit via contact forms.
  • To maintain the security and performance of our websites.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except as described below or required by law.

Sharing

  • Credicorp Limited — where you have submitted a lending enquiry on cashtrain.co.uk or creditcorp.co.uk, your contact details may be passed to Credicorp Limited for follow-up. The companies are related for the specific published roles described on this site. This notice does not infer common ownership.
  • Service providers — our hosting provider processes server data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
  • Legal obligations — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or a regulatory authority.

Your rights

creditcorpgroup.co.uk and creditcorp.co.uk do not use cookies. cashtrain.co.uk may set a session cookie for form state only; it does not track you across sites or share data with advertisers.
