# The Creditcorp wordmark is now a registered UK trade mark

The UK Intellectual Property Office has entered the **Creditcorp** wordmark on the UK register. The register now records the mark as **Registered**, with an entry date of **24 July 2026**. The opposition window that opened on publication closed without an opposition being upheld, and the IPO proceeded to registration.

## What registration means here

Registration gives the proprietor the exclusive right to use the Creditcorp wordmark for the goods and services in its classes, and the standing to act against a later conflicting mark. A UK registration runs for ten years from the filing date and is renewable every ten years. For this mark the first renewal falls due on **28 April 2036**, ten years after the 28 April 2026 filing date.

The site now describes the Creditcorp mark as **registered**. Earlier pages that called it an application or a pending mark reflected the position before 24 July 2026, and the dated news items from that period stay on the record as they were written.

The group works with two separate registered wordmarks in two different companies. The written coexistence agreement signed on 30 April 2026 continues to govern how the two marks are used across the group.
